Amazingly awesome!

Here's the pants I was taking back to Walmart. If you know me you know I agonize about buying clothes for myself. On an impulse I bought these last night, as I had been wanting both colors since I lost one and ruined another that was similar.

The second pix is of what a friend from church brought me today. Almost exact replacements! Know what's even cooler? I don't have to hem them!!!! Unlike what I bought! Double bonus!

Triple bonus? Awesome brown pant suit, also which requires no alterations! I think I'm going to see if sandy has anything else in her closet I can have!

Noah

So getting Noah to eat dinner has always been an interesting challenge. Tonight we had hamburger steak, broccoli and Mac and cheese. Meat has never been a problem...sides and veggies are another story. Cj made the kids plates and gave them both broccoli and Mac and cheese and told them they had to eat at least one or the other. Noah has an analytical discussion w himself and decides on the Mac and cheese. Cj challenges Noah and tells him if he eats it all he can have more hamburger steak. The catch is the Mac and cheese needs to be eaten by the time Cj returns to the table. It goes down like this.
Cj: oh I think I'm going to eat all of the hs by myself
Noah: it's not fair.... I can't eat it fast enough (as he stabs the Mac and cheese by each noodle... This is the cheap kind).
Cj: returns to table and starts to cut hs up
Noah: it's not fair!
Me: Noah you need to learn how to scoop w a fork
Noah: I can scoop with a spoon!
Cj: has placed hs on Noah's plate as Noah is again saying its not fair he couldn't stab his food that fast
Noah: AWKARD

I rolled laughing !!! That was so darn funny! I have a feeling I will be watching him on tv one day.

I am so thankful for older cousins that don't mind being cool to Noah and Annmarie. The kids love hanging out with the teenagers... Here is a pic of annmarie and her cousin Will at seaworld yesterday.

Santas field trip

So Santa brought a scavenger hunt. We started under the tree and then moved on to the living room. Then Santa told us to move outside to the nativity and trees! Then we wound up at the garage and found our jeep and 4 wheeler! Yes it is dark outside...around 1:45 am! Yippers! We had a blast!

Long time no hear!

I am so sorry that there is nothing posted to the blog! Apparently my phone app stopped working...so I was sending stuff and it wasn't posting! So sorry! I will post what I can to catch you up!

Oh my! Count five Yes five fire trucks in our yard when I got home. Cj was home with the kids when the digging cable guys hit the main gas line. We will have so many stories by the time we purchase our home. Currently there are 4 piedmont gas trucks in the yard! We just passed by the house and there is a humongo tractor getting ready to repair the line. Isn't life fun? If you are ever bored just spend a day with us!

Go wings! The teams are in a huttle for prayer. Let the games begin!

Grapes! Yum!

Yummy! Fresh grapes from the backyard. Canned fresh juice and homemade jelly. Picked 50 pounds of grapes....still some on the vines waiting to get rippened. CB#: 864-561-7323

Check out who can ride their bike without training wheels? Go Noah go! We were checking out what size Noah would need for his next bike and realized they very few have training wheels on the next size up. When we got home Noah said he was ready so we tried it. Literally 3 minutes later he was on his own terrorizing the driveway. Good job buddy!

What a silly boy! If only anyone else were as protective of the CLEAN Laundry!

So this is how my day goes without children at home in case you're wondering. Storm and I fight over who the dirty laundry belongs to. For some reason he thinks it belongs to him! Everytime I sort laundry he sniffs all of it and then lays on top of it once his sniffer is full. What a silly boy!
