Now that is the smile of a family on vacation! I found the night vision option on the cell phone so it comes out in this cool black and white style. Weather is beautiful today...thunderstorms possible this afternoon. Can I just tell you that I really really DO NOT Like the Simpson ride? I refuse to ever go on that again! The walk through for the Hogwarts castle was really cool. MIght actually ride it today!

We have a home! a family has been so gracious to allow us to move in and rent while we complete the loan process. Unfortunately our loan is going to take a little time to process...so we needed somewhere in the due time. REJOICE With us that this burden has been resolved quickly and with our hearts desires! we will only be 6 miles from the church! How awesome is that!?!

Rocky Mount, NC

When I get a moment I promise to sit down and write probably the longest blog ever! However, at this moment I have 189723586193 things going on, but I do want to at least update everyone!
CJ has been called as the Associate Pastor of Families in Rocky Mount, NC. He begins his full time position on June 10. While some would prefer us to commute :), we will be moving to Rocky Mount the first week of June.
There are so many things that have fallen into place for this to occur. It has been a very speedy process and one that we feel has God written all over it. I promise that there are a ton of stories that I can share and will once I have a moment.
CJ and I are getting ready to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary this coming week. Can you believe it? I can't! I'm getting old!! We have a vacation planned for the end of the month and CJ and I are going to sneak away for 2 days and leave the kids with the grandparents while we go over to Daytona. I'm looking forward to alone time with my hubby!
With that going on, we would like for the house to be packed, then go on vacation and 2 days after we return move to Rocky Mount. Both of our last days at work are this Thursday. Whew...our life is a whirlwind!
In the meantime, please pray for us, as the only issue that still presents itself is our housing. We think we might of found a solution, but we are literally on plan 'F' at this point, and we hope it doesn't fall through too. We would love for all of this to be resolved prior to vacation, a stress factor is not much fun when you are suppose to be 'relaxing'.
I will update everyone, probably in short bursts through our cell phones on the blog. Keep us in your prayers!

For spring break the kids got to go fishing with Mr John and daddy. AT that point it was 90 degree days so the kids got to wade in the water on a sandy beach at Lake Hartwell. While there the men set a few lines and caught several little fish they used as bait later! Here the kids are examing the poor fish and giving him a thorough looksey. I Must admit I was very jealous when I saw this pic! It looks like they were having a blast!
